Reminiscent of Nevil Shute’s Round the Bend that featured lot of flying in SE Asia in far less sophisticated aircraft. Shute, who founded AC manufacturer Airspeed LTD before WWII, which he ultimately sold to De Havillands, would have been SO VERY impressed by the PC 6. The purposeful simplicity is just amazing.

Awesome film, as always. Interesting how, with an approx. 5kt tailwind you managed to comfortably land that PC-7 on a 1500 ft runway with room to spare. Sure, it's an up-slope landing too, but still.
